  1. How do I track my order? An email will be sent confirming your order has left out warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

  2. I have not received my order, where is it? Primal is ran by a small team and our warehouse shipping days are Monday - Friday. All orders ship in 1-2 business days. Once your receive your tracking number, please allow 24 hours for it to update.

  3. I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond? It can take our customer service representatives up to 1-2 business days to respond to inquiries.

  4. Is Primal clothing true to size? We work hard to ensure our clothes are a true fit. We recommend you select your usual size.
  5. What Payment methods does Primal accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.
